SATURDAY ARRIVALS ONLY - The Les Balcons du Soleil Residence consists of the ?Neva', ?Chapka', ?Douchka', ?Elinka' and recently renovated ?Saskia 1' buildings. It is located in the La Falaise district, in the resort of Avoriaz and benefits from direct access to the slopes on skis. Avoriaz, situated close to the Swiss border, is a car-free resort making it ideal for families and enjoys a good snow record with 650km of pistes ensuring there's something for everyone. The ski school and lifts are 300 metres away from the Residence Les Balcons du Soleil.

The complex does not have a swimming pool.
