At the poolside restaurant, there is an inviting ambiance with panoramic views of the infinity-edge pool and ocean beyond under the summer moon, that relaxes your senses and stays in your memory forever. Most importantly we cook good homemade food. During the morning hours an enriched continental breakfast is served where everything is served to your table so it arrives fresh. In the afternoon hours we serve a wide variety of snacks from freshly made sandwiches to a wide selection of salads with fresh local vegetables, fruit smoothies, afternoon tea and cocktails, then during the evening hours the restaurant completely changes its outfit to a very chic atmosphere to continue your enjoyment well into the night.
The suites are arranged in elevated mounts beyond the pool area, and are constructed in a definitive Aegean style, whitewashed and with square architectural feature and ample verandas.
