Cypress Garden Villas in Kefalonia is a fully renovated complex of five detached holiday homes, each with a private garden and a shared entrance/driveway in the area of Svoronata Livathos Region Kefalonia, just a short distance from Avithos and Ai Helis beaches.
Svoronata village is only 4 km from the international airport of Kefalonia. The complex features 3 type of rental units, the Deluxe Suite Zefyros (32 sq. m size) and the villas Mimosa, Magnolia, Rosemary and Ostria all consisted of one bedroom with queen size bed and a double sofabed in the lounge. The total size of each villa is 50 sq. m while two of our villas Magnolia & Rosemary will enjoy private pools of 21 sq. m for the new season Spring - Summer 2018.
These lovely holiday lettings are fully independent and offer patios/verandas with views to the garden. All villas have an open private parking space within the estate.
