Location

Leora Beachfront is located in Tamarin on the west coast of Mauritius and features luxury beachfront apartments. Port Louis is a 30-minute drive away and local activities such as snorkeling and island trips can be arranged.

Decorated in a neutral tones, each apartment includes a terrace, floor to ceiling windows with views of the sea or mountains and 2 or 3 bathrooms.

Amenities

Guests have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool and garden.



UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR & DISTURBANCES

Horizon Holidays properties are geared towards an upmarket clientele seeking quality independent holidays. All clients have to act in an orderly and respectable manner towards their fellow guests and that no disturbances are caused in the complex environment. In the scenario of any unacceptable behavior and noise levels or general misconduct, Horizon Holidays reserves the right to ask clients to leave the premises or to take action against them

under the Mauritian Law.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon check-in, all clients will be asked to complete a registration form, where credit card details will be required. This serves to authorize €500 as a security deposit, which may be deducted from the clients’ credit card within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceeds the security deposit, the guest’s credit card will be debited accordingly.

GROCERY DELIVERIES:

Groceries can be ordered and delivered to guests every day for a service fee of $19 and an additional 10% of the total amount of groceries will be charged. A checklist of available groceries will be provided to guests. Groceries can also be organised prior to guests’ arrival (fridge pre-stocking).

IN-HOUSE DINING:

Meals can be prepared by a professional chef on a daily or weekly basis, depending on availability and number of persons.

WELCOME PACK:

It is possible to order a welcome pack for $63. The welcome pack includes a premium selection of fresh tropical fruits, bottles of water, fruit juice,

coke, local beer, Muesli cereals, yoghurt, milk, sliced bread, butter and local jam, vanilla tea and Nespresso coffee.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Housekeeping services are provided daily (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Service on Sundays and public holidays can be organised at an additional cost.

LIABILITY RESTRICTIONS

All Apartments are subject to the company’s ability to provide such space and are exclusive of acts of GOD, acts of Government, strikes, delays in construction or as a result of any other causes beyond the companies control. Horizon Holidays shall incur no liability to provide any space reserved hereby if such inability is due to any of the causes listed above.
