This hotel is located in the midst of a jungle landscape, surrounded by lush gardens with green grass, flowers and trees. It is a 15-minute drive from Cancun and nearby links to the public transport network. The Puerto Juarez and Playa del Carmen beaches are both 30 minutes' drive and it is an hour by car from Riviera Maya and Xcaret. Xelha is 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car and it is 1 hour and 40 minutes' drive to Tulum.

This new hotel is built with materials from the region and resembles stilt hut constructions but with solid interiors. This charming and family-friendly establishment comprises a total of 126 standard rooms with 1 or 2 double beds and is composed of 3 parts connected by walkways and bridges of concrete and carved wood which are tied with local traditional ropes. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and a newspaper stand.
