The complex consists of 36 new apartments spread over 6 floors located in the same building, with a shared lobby, a hotel safe and reception. The building is also air-conditioned and features lift access. WLAN access is also available, though subject to fees. In addition, guests have the use of a laundry room, which comes with a washing machine, dryer and irons. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car (subject to fees). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments with the exception of the balcony. A returnable deposit must be paid on arrival. Note that the office hours which includes the handing over of keys are between 9 am and 1 pm, and 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, except holidays.
