The hotel is ideally located (on an incline) within 300 m of the popular Ladies Beach with its sandy beach and pedestrianised road lined with cafés, bars and restaurants as well as some shops. The centre of Kusadasi is approximately 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes on local transport. Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 124 km away and Adnan Menderes Airport is roughly 80 km from the hotel.

This is a simple, pleasant city hotel with a small lobby/lounge area, 24 suites located on 5 floors and an indoor restaurant on the roof with outdoor seating. The establishment was renovated in 2010 and is air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed with a 24-hour reception service and a 24-hour check-out service is also available.
